With Thanksgiving right around the corner, it's no surprise that many families will be welcoming distant relative into their homes with open arms - and having quick and easy snacks available is nothing short of a must. I've partnered with my friend, Kelly, and together we're teaching you how to make apple nachos. They're quick and simple and perfect to have on hand during the holiday season. Kelly says they are the perfect snack to make with kids because they are fool-proof and so much fun to assemble. Let's get started!
Step 1: Wash as many apples as you need and remove the core.
Step 2: Slice each apple to create circular "chips."
Step 3: This is the fun part. Top each apple chip with whatever toppings you desire. I like to use chocolate syrup, crushed graham crackers, and white chocolate chips. It's not rocket science, though, so use whatever you have on hand. Caramel, whipped cream, crushed toffee, etc. all work great. It's all about having fun!
