When I first wrote Things to Bring My Family When I Die, I had no idea where it would take me. I had no idea if it would be a success or a failure. I had no idea if it would be embraced by booksellers or rejected. I had no idea if it would be liked by the public or disliked. However, when I realized that failure was the worst possible scenario, I was willing to take the risk and publish it - and I have no regrets.
